The Orange Foot Guy by Dr. Seuss Enterprise. This is an 2005 edition.

Orange Guy from the Foot Book is about 16 inches tall. He was part of the Kohls Cares 4 Kids Campaign. Foot is clean with no rips or tears. His tush tag shows some light wear. A great gift or addition to any Dr. Seuss toy collection.
