Cheer Bear (small beanie) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2002 edition.

Pink Cheer Bear is an 8 inch beanie. She has a rainbow on her tummy and comes complete with swing tag. Her swing tag is creased and there is a small flaw on her tush heart. She still would be a great friend.
